Before I finish the links can I use a toon deck? (Don't want to find everything to be rejected)

I see no problem with a toon deck however I would put some monsters in there that arent toons hat way you can still defend and such until you are able to draw out the spell card ToonWorld

Toon Deck is allowed, any deck that is not a copy of an already made deck, is allowed.

Toons, well...There are ALOT of toons, and also, Trap Monsters are fun XD

Cards like Terraforming help you get Toon World.
